At No Drip Painting, we’re committed to helping our clients and the communities we serve in good times and bad. We’ve already taken a number of steps in support of our team and clients.
For Our Clients
What’s No Drip Painting doing to keep our clients safe?
Like many others, we’re taking guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), which recommends regular cleaning as one of the most important preventative measures we can take.
- We have implemented a more rigorous cleaning process which includes wiping down surfaces with Clorox wipes. These surfaces include, but are not limited to countertops, door handles, hand-railings, outlet covers, and shelving units.
- We have added a “No Contact” Estimate Process. For interior projects clients have the option to do a virtual estimate via Skype, FaceTime or from pictures. For our exterior estimates, we will carefully stay 6 feet part to eliminate any contact.
- For interior projects, we will social distance and wear masks. Exterior projects will continue on as long as we are able to wear mask and have limited contact with the client.
- When working with our remodelers we will adapt to any new safety requirements they have created at this time.
- We are limiting the number of painters on each project to ensure we are following the social distancing guidelines.
For Our Team
What’s No Drip Painting doing to keep our team safe?
We value our team and their commitment to our clients and to No Drip Painting. In an effort to protect our most important asset we have asked our team to stay home if they are sick or not feelings well. Here are the additional steps we are taking:
- We are requiring all team members to take their temperature before reporting to work.
- Any team member that does not feel comfortable working will be excused with no repercussion.
- We are requiring our team to wash their hands several times each day and we are providing hand sanitizer to all painters and project managers.
- We will provide our painters masks to wear in close quarters, as long as supplies are available.
- Our team members will follow all processes put in place by our vendors and our remodeling partners.
- We are limiting the number of painters on each project to ensure we are following the social distancing guidelines.
- We are holding regular meetings to provide updates and all meetings will be translated in Spanish to ensure everyone understands.
