QUALIFICATIONS:
- Is Bilingual – Spanish and English
- Has a vehicle that can carry up to 32 foot ladders
- Clean hygiene and appearance
- Ability to consistently maintain clean painting attire
- Has a valid drivers license
- Must have a smartphone
- Has at least 5 years painting experience
- Eligible to work in the United States
PAY RANGE:
Up to $25 per hour (with potential bonus option)
REPORTS TO:
Project Manager
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Successful ability to complete all essential job responsibilities and functions of a painter at a high level.
- Deliver a service of unmatched excellence to all customers
- Operate and maintain paint sprayer – HVLP experience is a plus
- Knowledgeable on all paint/materials commonly used at No Drip Painting
- Immediately report all problems/concerns/injuries to PM
- Ensure projects are completed in allotted time frame, as listed per Work Order
- Order materials when needed and get them to job site
- Manage a team of painters and ensure quality results
- Establish and promote collaborative teamwork
- Maintain a clean and safe jobsite
- Organize project from start to finish and assign job tasks to painters based on skills and strengths
- Solve challenges creatively based on company practices and personal experiences
- Ability to complete final walkthrough and ensure all expectations have been met when PM is unavailable
- Reinforce painter job responsibilities and give constructive feedback when not met
- Communicate daily updates to PM
- Adhere to company policies
