I got my entire first floor, two very dark bedrooms (which required a lot of attention), a bathroom, and two exterior columns painted. I'm gonna admit there were delays and some imperfections at first. Every single issue was acknowledged and perfected. Errors happen - it's what happens after the error that really shows who you are working with. Our project lead, Arabella, was amazing. Checked in with us regularly throughout the process. Came by the house multiple times (once to bring drinks to the team and wish one guy a happy birthday). She took us seriously. The color specialist, Chealyn, was also very helpful as we were trying to match a number of colors. We interacted with several other employees who were all easy to deal with, prompt with their replies and communication, honest and direct.
