From the initial quote to the final walkthrough, my experience with No Drip was excellent. My project manager, Katy, was incredibly helpful—she answered all my questions and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. The team painted nearly every surface in my home, finished ahead of schedule, and did a fantastic job. I would absolutely recommend No Drip and will be using them for future projects.

We recently had No Drip Painting paint a couple of our rooms. The whole experience was great. I have never seen a more professional painting company. We first had an initial meeting with Gaby in our home. She inspected the spaces and explained the process. She said we could set up a color consultation if we wanted to. She wrote up an estimate and sent us an email with the details. We set a color consultation with Chealyn. Chealyn was a great person to talk to. Picking out a color is actually quite difficult to make it work with the various tiles and cabinets. She made picking out a color an easy process. After we picked out a color, our project manager Peyton, set up our project and made sure we were all set. Eric and Albina did the actual painting in one day. They filled any sanded any imperfections in the drywall and they finished painting the project in one day. They did an awesome job! No Drip followed up after the project to make sure everything went OK. Overall the communication, planning, and information exchange was excellent. I would highly recommend No Drip Painting to anyone for their painting project.

Overall we give our experience a 5/5. Everything was beyond professional from the employees. We were super impressed by their quoting system which line- itemed each aspect of the project by side of the house. This was a big win for us since project scope is something that has been an issue with previous projects ie misunderstandings. Communication was incredibly prompt as well. The painting looked great but a few aspects were rushed. No big deal though, they came back and fixed everything. There were a few unfortunate hiccups that were more annoyances but were ultimately made right. For example, the painters and PM missed the reattachment of our downspouts and with some unfortunate timing of rain the next day, we had some water in our basement. But ultimately mistakes and oversights happen, it’s how you respond that makes the difference and they were wonderful in their communication and speed to offer help.

No Drip Painting has been one of the best companies I've ever worked with. Communication from beginning to end was perfect. After struggling to decide on an exterior color, Gaby was able to lead us in the right direction and even made a second trip to make sure we were all set and happy.
