QUALIFICATIONS:
- Has reliable transportation
- Clean hygiene and appearance
- Ability to consistently maintain clean painting attire
- Must be eligible to work in the United States
- Must have a smartphone
PAY RANGE:
$14-$20 based on experience (no experience needed)
REPORTS TO:
Lead Painter and Project Manager
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Take direction from Lead Painter and Project Manager
- Produce excellent finishes
- Deliver a service of unmatched excellence to all customers
- Be coachable and willing to improve paint skills
- Complete all work listed on project work order in allotted amount of time
- Be punctual to every project
- Produce quality drywall repair, sanding, caulking, masking/taping, and surface protection
- Proficient at rolling walls
- Proficient at cutting straight lines along ceilings, baseboard, crown molding and accent walls
- Basic knowledge of painting vocabulary regarding products, techniques and tools
- Accept constructive feedback and demonstrate improvement of skills
- Work as part of a collaborative team
- Be organized and maintain a clean jobsite
- Communicate all problems/injuries/damages immediately to Lead Painter
- Consistently meet all project/company production rates
- Supply all necessary painting tools and demonstrate appropriate use of all standard painting tools
- Refer client questions to Lead Painter/Crew Leader
- Follow all safety precautions and maintain a safe jobsite
- Adhere to company policies
